She is a consultant on the formulation and branding of product lines for several private and public companies.

In the year prior to working for FAB Beauty, she was the Beauty & Fashion Editor for the steamy LUI magazine and before Daphné was in web editing for FRANCE 24 (the French CNN)

He is also a Professor of electrical and computer engineering at the University of Toronto. He received his Ph.D. from Stanford University in Electrical Engineering in 2001. Ariella Feldman, Co-Founder of VIOLET GREY, oversees the site user experience and business development for Prior to this, over 4 years ago, she developed her start-up and digital skills at One Kings Lane and ShoeDazzle. Katie Welch

Katie Welch is a brand communications and digital marketing professional with 17+ years’ experience. As Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Hourglass, she oversees all product and consumer marketing for the luxury performance cosmetics brand. Before joining Hourglass, Katie served as an Executive Vice President at Weber Shandwick, one of the largest global communications agencies.

Kristen Bateman

Fashion and Beauty Writer, Freelancer

Kristen Bateman is a fashion and beauty writer based in New York City. Her first fashion feature was published in Vogue Italia at the age of 16 and she has since published work in The New York Times, Allure, Elle, Harper's Bazaar,, New York Magazine, i-D, AnOther, The Observer and many more publications. She graduated from Parsons The New School for Design and Central Saint Martins.

Prior to joining SheKnows 6 months ago, Susan was the EVP of Editorial Development and Operations at Refinery29. Susan was also a GM at The Huffington Post, and has run digital content development and strategy at both Conde Nast and Alloy Media and Marketing (Now Defy Media).

Kathleen Hou is the Senior Beauty and Wellness Editor at New York Magazine's The Cut where she writes and edits stories about beauty, wellness, nutrition, and fitness.

Dr. Zahir Dossa

CEO & Co-Founder, Function of Beauty

Zahir is a graduate of MIT, earning two BS degrees in computer science and management (2008), an MEng, in computer science (2010) and a PhD in sustainability (2013). After graduating, Zahir received a postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Sustainability at the IMD Business School in Switzerland. His research focused on the role of internet-based technologies to transform value chains.
